They lie to the Banks, they use unlicensed people to do BPO's and in fact, David has his mother doing BPO's from CANADA!! Really?? They are too lazy to check the properties they are trying to sell, and if they can't get someone to take pictures, they send pictures of other properties to the banks that they rip off the internet.

They break MLS rules like it's the proper thing to do. They make all the employees use the MLS, yet they are not paying the MLS for the employees' access.

If you do not offer enough so Orit can get a good commission, your offer doesn't just float to the bottom ... it NEVER makes it to the bank! Again, check out www.iripoff.com. The employees will tell you!

They are absolutely RUDE to everyone, including other realtors and they actually ENCOURAGE rude behavior towards others from their employees. You do not want to work for them. The employee turnover is absolutely incredible!!

They yell, scream, burp in your face, have B.O., micro-manage, steal paper supplies from restrooms and even steal food and supplies from their employees while withholding same from those employees. They don't even supply coffee! There is free water, but only when they pay the bill and water is delivered.

They are disrespectful towards America and don't like our labor laws. If you don't like America, take your abusive, smelly, lying, cheating, rude, pompous asses back to Canada! Better yet, go back to Israel .... it's farther away!
