This lady advertises on craigslist, backpage, ebay, and many more websites. She gives you an incredible deal on kitchen cabinets, takes your money and then only delivers a partial order. You won't get the rest of your cabinets or your money back from this lady.

She has a very long history of doing this sort of thing to people who have paid her for furniture and kitchen cabinets. Search the Better Business Bureau, Trust Link, Ventura County Small Claims, and LA County Small Claims websites to see the reviews and the numerous small claims against this woman.

Vee's real name is Aviva Rosen-Millan. She has used the following business names: WC Interiors, West Coast Imports, Wholesale Custom Kitchens, and probably a few more. Her ads usually have telephone numbers: 805-732-6102 and 818-661-0216.

She has scammed so many people that C.J. Ward from Channel 3 in Santa Barbara is doing an investigative report about her. Her husband was an LAPD officer until recently after Internal Affairs investigated his involvement in Vee's business practices. Now the LA County District Attorney will soon be presented with many reports and will hopefully press charges for grand theft.

The other name she uses is Furniture and Design. She took over $5,000 in money and only delivered half the furniture. Give all kinds of excuses as to why it hasn't arrived. Biggest one is out of stock, "pick something else" Well something else is not what I want. So she delivers stuff you didn't order and you tell her and she hangs up on you. Then you send her a letter stating that she has 2 months to pick it up or you will donate it to a non-profit and you do. Then when the small claims court date gets close she offers you $800 less than what you are owed and says you donated the items to spite her!!
I have never heard a good story about anyone buying anything from her. She declared bankrupcy last October and threatens you that if you don't take her settlement she will declare bankrupcy and you wont get anything. She never a pays her judgements. She is a pathologic liar and a nasty women based on the names she has called us and told us what to do with our private parts. I hope she goes to jail for a long time. If there are any of you out there that aren't part of the support group, please contact me and we can make sure you get your criminal report filed. (If in LA county)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Aviva Rosen, or Aviva Millan, or Vee, or Furniture and Design ,or whatever she calls herself. She is an unethical thief. My wife and I purchased furniture and wood flooring from her in January of 2011. The purchase order said delivery included, but we were hit with a $250 delivery charge, which my very pregnant wife paid, after Aviva threatened to keep the furniture we paid for. The purchase order says mattresses included, but when my wife called to inquire about the overpayment, Aviva didn’t return the call until AFTER she cashed the checks, and then denied writing that the mattresses were included. As far as the wood flooring … we didn’t receive that until August 16, 2011. Aviva’s excuses as to why she couldn’t produce the flooring I paid for included: 2 deaths, multiple medical problems, pregnancy issues, financial issues, and supply issues ...most of which I believe are lies. At one point, she wanted ME to take $400 to downtown Los Angeles and retrieve the flooring that I paid her $650 for. I ended up having to contact the company where she purchased the flooring and pay the $75 for delivery myself because Aviva couldn’t afford to pay it herself.
Aviva Rosen is dishonest, unethical, and may possibly be mentally unstable.

As a fellow victim of Aviva Rosen Millan I have good news. As you know “vee” is in the business of scamming people out of their money through her corrupt furniture/kitchen/home decorating business. The business goes by different names including West Coast Imports, Wholesale Custom Kitchens and WC Cabinets. Aviva is soon coming into a large amount of money through settlement of an auto accident claim. This is money that she owes to us. This has been going on for years.....This is what we need to do...
Go to the website http:/ / www.courtinfo.ca.gov it will explain the process of getting a court judgement for the money you were scammed out of. If you already have a judgement it will explain how to collect the money by conducting a debtors examination. Do this soon as possible, by law her and/or her attorney must respond.
