Ultimate Business Solutions aka Ultimate Web Scene took our money and have not provided us with a working/functioning web site. Now we have a useless and non functioning site that we cannot do anything with. Carlos "Jimmy" Torres and Alicia (I believe her last name is Vidalis, but not sure) first say something to get the business then they start constantly changing /shortening their hours of operation, they find every excuse under the sun why something was not done, they agree to things then act like if they do not know anything. They take forever to make any changes, do not answer calls or return any calls. They try to be so clever but in reality they just insult our intelligence, they are extremely unprofessional, rude, immature, hang up the phone, and treat us with blatant disrespect.

Well, I wish I had read your scam alert before I hired Ultimate Web Scene here in Houston. I transferred 8 domains over to them. Sometime this weekend, Alicia Vidales closed up shop and cannot be found. Now all my sites say, "This Account Has Been Suspended." I have new people trying to transfer everything to another host. But I'm currently at risk of losing information and emails. I just wish someone would have called to warn in advance to help mitigate the damages. What a fucking loser. I even had them over to my home.

Well, I have to update my report. Alicia contacted me and made things right. I commend her for standing up and correcting a mistake. We all make them, but rarely do many of us admitt it and face the persons we've caused damage without being forced to do it. I'll continue to do some business with her company as a result.
I am so glad that I found this post. I too signed a contract with Alicia Vidales / Ultimate Web Scene to have them build me a website for $500. I paid $250 down and then Alicia gave me the run around and kept asking for more money. She built a nice looking home page that did not function. The searches, profiles, and everything else did not function. Her Partner Jimmy (or whatever his name really is), he signs his name differently on various emails (and when I inquired about this, Alicia told me that it was due to immigration issues.)

These people are total scam artists. Stay away from Ultimate Web Scene, Alicia Vidales and her Partner Jimmy. They are scam artists.

I am glad that they made things right for the user who posted but they have yet to make things right for me and refund my $250 as I requested over a year ago.
