WARNING Tim Hills with Monetta Enterprises is a con. They Advertise that they specialize in funding for commercial real estate & transactional lending ALL ARE LIES. THEY STOLE $30,000 OUT OF ME for a transaction. They said is was to cover costs of business. 45 days later they still were dragging their feet & said they would need more time as the deal was still under review.

Another associate there, Jason moved on to my partner for another transaction with another $22,000 in costs for a measly $300,000 for 25 SFR REO Package. He had a sales pitch that was unbelievable....... literally. That they provide over $500 million a year in "PROOF OF FUNDS LETTERS" & Transactional loans, international lenders. With their investor pools & they quick turn w/ investor funds over 10,000 property a year out of the midwest. Sounded like a incredible group.

I placed a hold on that before we lost any monies there. It has been 8 months & I am still trying to find out what happen to my money. They said the deal is still pending review via email from his iphone. I cant even get a no or yes out of them with a real live person on the phone. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU OUT TO DRY.

After some research I have found out that they are running a 4 person shop in OR. Figure the website has all their information but NO. The website has been down the entire time I worked with them for "updating". THE BULL STOP HERE.

Report your story to the FBI field office in Portland OR, they have an active investigation & are trying to build a case to put these CROOKS behind bars.\\\\\\\\\
