Roland had 5 prior felonies against him: Robbery, burglary of a residence, dealing in stolen property, grand theft of a firearm & multiple marijuana charges. When a customer stands up for himself/herself they scream & call the customer names. They have no respect for anyone.
R & M Moving Company In Seminole, Tampa & surrounding areas of Florida do not do right by the customer, they do not have any strong values, does not care about resolving issues, they believe that they are always right the customer is wrong. They want it there way & the customer does not have a say in anything & the customer is always blamed, they do not take responsibility for anything & when the customer notes does not have a say when there are questionable items that ae broken & missing. They do not want the customer to ask questions & they feel that they are alway right. Once they get the customer's belongings they go through them & if anything is missing they always put the blame on the customer stating that they did or do not see anything missing at time of move. They have been in the business so long that they know who to lie, cheat , vebally, abuse & steal to their advantage..They have been in the business that they know how to scam the customer.What does this tell you about a low life business with low life workers?The do not want to resolve any issues & scream at the customer & call them names after the customer pays them.They always put it back on the customers fault.They a low lifes to the max & do not have any dignity or concern about doing right to others.
