Ricardo Penn

Come to find out, Ricardo Penn and two others, Jamaal Williams and Dorian Cawley, broke into my mailbox and stole my credit card. Apparently they stole may credit and debit cards and spent over $200k.. I found out they used my card to purchase money orders, withdraw money from my accounts, and purchase items at stores and restaurants.

Hope you rot in jail!!
