Alejandro Quiros

Alejandro Quiros is part-owner of ABC (ABC Home Health Care) and he admitted to recruiting patients whose Medicare beneficiary numbers were used to file false claims. He admitted that ABC fraudulently billed more than $17 million and Medicare paid more than $11 million in claims.
