Delray's Parking Nazi

For those of you in Delray Beach, you know who i'm talking about. The guy on the golf cart who gives everyone parking tickets. He is a complete douche bag, who thinks he is god's gift to this town.

He recently gave me a ticket as I was walking up to my car. I was only 2 minutes late. He gave me so much attitude and acted like he was a real cop. He is a complete scumbag.

Does anyone know his real name??
