Paid for Product and it was Never Delivered

On 9/25 I brought in my original receipt from 2000, photos of the couch & measurements which I was told to bring. In addition, I took 1 back & 1 bottom couch pillow to the Santa Monica store for them to measure. I asked the girl if she wanted me to leave the inserts 6 times & was told it wasn't necessary. On 10/29 I received a call to bring in the pillow inserts because they now needed them. On 9/30 I brought the inserts back but told them they were so old they were ripped. I also had the covers for them to measure. Neyla (at my direction), called Vincent who told her to measure the pillows. In the process, she wrote all over my cover with her blue pen, denied it, then proceed to be rude & call me a liar. I called Vincent & he told me he would be sure they were done correctly & he would give me a credit & have them delivered - a lie. On 10/15 we were told the cushions were ready. I went to pick them up & the back cushions were wrong. I asked Neyla if she wanted to re-measure & she said no that I needed to speak to Vincent. I immediately called Vincent & left a voicemail. No response. I called every day 10/16 - 10/22 & no response from Vincent. On 10/22 when I called, Valentina told me the pillows were ordered (without them being re-measured) & would be @ the Santa Monica store for pick up on 10/23 but that this was all my fault for the incorrect measurements - WHICH WERE TAKEN BY NEYLA on 9/29! The pillows were $548.75 PAID IN FULL & I still don't have them. They guaranteed credit - a lie. They guaranteed delivery - a lie. Their 7 - 10 day policy is a lie (it has been 27 days! I want my pillows (as they threw away my old ones) & I want half my money back for the inconvenient 3 trips to the store, hours of phone calls, emails and problems.

I have e-mailed, called, written, and nothing. I tried being nice. I tried cooperating. I gave them original receipts, measurements, pillow inserts, covers, etc. and I still don't have my pillows - PAID IN FULL. This is fraud!.
