This was for Panitrol. They said they would let you try 90 days free for shipping only ($5.95) on your credit card. I cancelled after 30 days. They sent more pills AND charged for them after I called to cancel. I hadn't even had my full 90 day test yet. After calling them, they did nothing and kept sending pills and kept charging my credit card for the full price. I put in a dispute with my credit card and had to cancel the credit card so they couldn't charge me anymore.

I bought into the supplement PANITROL for a 90 day challenge recommended by a friend that said she couldn't live with out it. I've had chronic pain for 20 years and I try everything possible to relieve my pain. I took the panitrol with sadly no relief. The company says you have to stay on the 90 day challenge in order to get ALL your money back minus shipping and save all your bottles. I called and was told my 90 day date to call back but to try one more bottle which I agreed. A man told me to try it and if this last bottle doesn't work no problem all your money after bottle received will be refunded. So I called back as it didn't help and had to leave a message and I got a quick call back on my message machine that the 90 day challenge was stopped with no mention of my money back guarantee. So another phone call. I talked to a man there and when I mentioned about getting my money back you could clearly feel the tension and was even cut short with him hanging up on me. So I sent my bottles in with no response so I call because I sent them signature required because I didn't trust this company. Finally they refund 2 purchases. Well I had 4 purchases?? I had to email and remind them again when in face I sent 6 bottle in. Did they forget I sent 6 bottles in?? So finally one more refund and I have to call again and ask where the 4th purchase and they tell me because I bought the Dec order on black friday that it was in the 90 day challenge. Funny I always got a phone call for every order from them to order and it's funny they call on their so called black friday and have me order knowing that I'm on the 90 day challenge. I'm sorry I think this is scamming people. How many people don't get their money back if the product doesn't work for them. The girl on the phone said she would talk to her manager and call me back. I told them about someone contacting me on black friday and was not told it was black friday and the results. About 10 minutes later I finally got my 4th refund. If I hadn't followed through and kept on this whole nightmare mess they would of not refunded me anything. I think it's sad that out society has come to this where business's pretty much scam people.
