Mortgage Audit Refund Scam

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19102

My wife and I got directed to an online website that offered foreclosure help. We paid GMK SOLUTIONS ($975.00) to run a forensic audit on our mortgage documents to see if there was any violations in the paper work. GMK had a 100% guarantee we signed that if they did not find any violations in or mortgage documents that we would get all our money back minus the processing fee of $75.00. They seemed to be a real company with real services. All we know is, we have spent days trying to get our money refunded ($900.00) back to our debit card and no one will answer calls or e-mails or they want to give you the run around. We are in Florida and GMK is in Penn. and apparently thinks they can get away with this. We will pursue this until it gets resolved. GMK knew we were in pre-foreclosure and we feel GMK Solutions has taken advantage of us. We need our money refunded. Anyone Help?

That's the way they work, once you sent them the cash you'll be out of luck, sure they say you'll get a full refund, but ONLY if they dont find anything. They never not going to find anything, there always be some BS technicality that the bank missed, but what you do with it? and thats enough for them to keep your $$$, this is definitely a SCAM co. All of you that are looking into it....DONT DO IT!!!! they're all nice, nice until you pay them in full. then all you'll get is a miserable e mail with some senseless numbers, if you're not careful you'll probably delete it thinking it's spam (thats what I did).
They're not even good about it, I know of some very serious violations on my mortgage papers, they didnt even pick up on it. If they do find something they'll refer you to an attorney who will ask you for $2500 upfront to review their BS.
I repeat, run away!!!!!!

GMK probably knows that ALMOST ALL MORTGAGE CONTAIN VIOLATIONS!!

I know for a fact that some lawyers (the ones who know how) are able to take the audit, sue the lender over the violations diagnosed by GMK and GET PRINCIPAL reductions.

The problem is, there are not that many foreclosure attorneys out there that know how to do this. I know for a fact that the Tickten Law Group gets principal reductions, they are from FL.
