I signed up thinking it was free,and to check it out on bidding I gave my credit card number believing they would ONLY deduct monies if I bidded on an item just like e-bay or ubid.com Lo and behold they charged me $159.00 and gave me 300 bidding tokens.
When I called to cancel and requested a refund I was told I should have read the terms
and conditions, I went back to the site, critiquing every word and in very tiny blurry lettering it stated no refunds. I spoke to customer service and was told the best they could do is refund me half of my purchase. I have not used nor will I use these tokens any time soon. I asked to speak with their manager or his boss, no luck, no boss no refund ,do not deal with them, you just might run into other unprinted hidden clauses. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
