Scam Alert
Purchased a massage chair for $1650.00 then i received an email that said the shipping was delayed and they will send the chair in 2 weeks when months passed they never notified me whether or not they will send the chair i demanded refund which they refuse to issue evil people
I had a same problem with this company.
Ordered a massage chair in Nov 2009 and cancelled my order June of 2010 because Sole Inc / thefactoryoutlet.com never sent my chair out. The owner of the comapny Remi never refunds my money eventhough, i had asked numerous times. She always says she will refund on Friday. i had my relative visit their so called "store." to get my money back and she found was a eviction notice on the door. So I'm out of $1800 now and pissed. It seems the business is still going because I called recently pretend I was interested to buy and Remi was kept asking if I was buying.
