Vacurect

I purchased a Vacurect "medical" device for erectile dysfunction from this company. The device is a cheap piece of plastic junk that doesn't work at all. This company has a 30-day money back guarantee policy. I sent this item back once, and it was returned to me because in tiny print they had a slip of paper inside the packaging that returns require authorization. So then I had to send it back a second time, both times at my own postage expense. Now it has been over 30 days and I have not received one penny of my money back. NEVER buy anything from these rip-off artists. My credit card company through HSBC Bank REFUSED to help me after I disputed the charges, so I canceled the card and they lost a customer of the last 12 years. NEVER get an HSBC bank credit card. Do not patronize HSBC Bank. They hung me out to dry.
