Todd Risden will be arrested soon for criminal defamation of character as the police report filed on Nov 7, 2013 issued an arrest warrant after verifying that Martin "Todd" Risden has been posting lies and defaming the name and business of Linda Risden. She was in fact not fired from anything and instructed by her attorney to close Florida Tropical Homes due to her opening the company during the marriage and start a new company for proper marital asset distribution. Free speech is one thing and defaming your ex wife is another. Mr. Risden's anger is coming from the fact that his wife left him after 23 years after she could no longer accept his extra martial affairs and physical and mental abuse. It is so sad that this man has nothing better to do with his time. We anticipate that Suwannee County Florida will convict him of the felony charges that he is currently charged with for aggravated stalking with credible threat and violations of a restraining order Case#1-388CF. Now with the pending arrest for criminal defamation of character, hopefully Mr. Risden will be kept in jail for awhile. Hopefully he will get the mental help needed as if he does not it will result in Mr. Risden fulfilling his threats to kill Mrs. Risden.
