I guess I am not the only one to be scammed by this. I order something on a dept. store site. And it wanted to know if I would like to get perfume free just shipping and handling. I did for $5.99. When I checked my checking account is charged me $5.99 and then a charge for $.18 cents. I thought it was a mistake that they didn't charge enough for shipping and handling. This happens the 25 of November 2010.
I was balancing my checking account and notice almost $100.00 was missing. I checked it out and finespray charged me $95.00 for the perfume. I was very upset. I called the number that was on the charge on the computer 866-527-6091. It was a company that finespray gets all the complaints for finespray company. The gentleman said that I had 14 days to cancel or I would have to pay the $95.00. Well, the page I was on; due to I ordered other things from other company's, said that I had 30 days to cancel. Well of course I put it in my phone calendar and on my calendar on my desk. I ask the gentleman what the $5.99 & the $.18 was for, he said the $5.99 was for shipping and the $.18cents was for overseas due charges. That was not in anything that I read. I go to the web page that I was given my the gentleman (support@finesprays.com) and there is no such web site..... If I finally get in contact with these people I will get my $101.17 back OR I will call the better business bureau........If I can't get in contact with finespray I will call the bureau anyway.....THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't want to be insensitive, but you're not very bright. Are you serious? You're typing in an email address into your address or search bar. That's why you think the address is invalid. It is an EMAIL ADDRESS, try logging into YOUR email account and send them an email. Also please visit the website: finesprays.com Clearly it states under the terms and conditions that this is a 14 day trial. Also your order is not processed unless you check off on a box that states "I accept the terms and conditions and enrollment in the auto-bill program at $95". So please take some responsibility and quit trying to blame others for your lack of intelligence.

I hope you have been able to successfully get your money refunded, and that they haven't wasted your time asking you to e-mail the "billing" department like they do to everyone else.
