Rick Evan Holiday has been videotaping police in Morro Bay. Now , it has come to light that Rick Holiday has some damning charges against him. Aaron Oachs reported that he caught Rick in all sorts of "criminal threats"
Now the reporter has evidence that Rick defrauded a company called EdenHurst gallery in Palm desert.
An attorney connected to the case says Rick also threatened him in his own office, and says Rick had "thugs" with him.
Beverly Hills celebrity and pawn broker to the stars Yossi Dina claims Rick Holiday harassed and stalked him.

Now the Morro Bay police are interested in making sure justice is served.
Defrauding an art gallery, or any other business, can lead to prison time.
