Nick Nero of Amherst, NY sold Opana 40s to Michael Anthony States and specifically told him to take both with Xanax or muscle relaxers. Michael died shortly after he took the Opanas as instructed because of how much physical pain he was in since he severely hurt his foot.

Nicholas Nero is a murderer and has been selling illegal narcotics to minors and others all over the city of Buffalo.

He was beaten 2 days after Mike's death by two unknown suspects due to Nick having 100% INVOLVEMENT AND ASSISTANCE IN KILLING MIKE STATES.

He had full intention that these drugs would kill him and he did it just to make a quick buck.
