I had the misfortune of being guided by Kerry Hemmingsen to purchase a home at auction. It sounded like such a great opportunity that I bit hook line and sinker.

After the purchase I was informed about all the huge discrepancies between the dream he painted and the reality I faced.

He had severely misrepresented the value of the property and failed to mention issues on title, big issues!!! Not to mention my contractor is estimating that it will cost me twice what he quoted to fix the house.

My dream of a good, safe investment in real estate was crushed by this scammer! I will be lucky if I only lose $85,000 of my hard earned money.

To top it all off I paid him a real estate commission. I have since learned that he is not even a realtor!

I am hopeful that anyone considering doing business with this scumbag reads this first and runs for the hills.
