This guy pretends to want to buy your car saying that he lives on the Quantico Marine base in Virginia. He wants to pay using PayPal and offers to transfer an extra $500-$1000 to cover shipping fees to Quantico. He requests that you pay the shipping company using MoneyGram. I didn't fall for his scam since someone else on PayPal forums had posted it but what happens is the money transfer on PayPal never goes through and you end up just giving his fake shipping company $500-$1000 of your own money.
