AshleyMadison.com Fraud - Class Action Lawsuit

San Francisco, California, 94123

AshleyMadison.com the online dating website for cheaters has been cheating its members for many years. They have employed numerous techniques to milk their customers of money, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Employing fake female profiles to get people to join and pay.
(2) Employing employees who are "hostesses" (i.e., fake profiles) on the website to communicate with members, thus getting them to pay.
(3) Falsely misrepresenting that their website will help customers "Have an Affair Guaranteed"
(4) Members who have wanted their money back -- may end up receiving letters from AshleyMadison at their homes. The websites uses the threat of getting caught for cheating to prevent members from complaining or asking for a refund.

Anyone in the US (or more specifically in California) who is or was an AshleyMadison.com customer, who is interested in joining in a class action lawsuit against Avid Life Media (the parent company of Ashley Madison) -- for online fraud.
