Took $3000 dollars up front to modify my home loan 2 years ago. It was never done and now my credit is shot because she told me to stop paying mortgage in order to speed up the process. Stupidly I listened and now I am out the money, about to loose my home and she has skipped town. I found out she has opened simular business in Schottsdale, Arizona. Beware Arizona residents!!!!!!!
