As I have posted before, this miserable wretch of a human being is walking around scott -free, Scamming people left and right. He claims to be a businessman, yet he only hangs around hunter college or a Starbucks all day waiting for "clients" Don't be fooled by his innocent looks he took me for a ride claiming that he would take my loan of 1000 bucks to him and turn it into 2000. he supposedly needed it to fund a fashion show. after I gave him the loan he changed his email and phone number. I even took him to court and he never showed up. i am posting a picture of this guy so everyone will be aware, and hopefully he is arrested and thrown into prison

this information is false and all parties have been paid.. If i where NY chick.. i would take it down before the court comes to you.. you have 48 hours to take it down

Karma has scammed me as well. I paid him to develop a website for me and he just kept saying he will work on it tomorrow, or that he was away at Fire Island or on LI.

I am going to get this bastard, just on the principle of the matter.

I should have realized something was wrong when he kept coming to my office for payments, and would not accept PayPal. I also came accross a website he had shown me and said he developed on a website for another company.

I need his address in order to file suit in Small Claims Court, but i will also be making a police report. If you have his address, please advise.

THIS MAN just scammed me as well! 10/21/11

luckily i only paid thru check, so one i was able to put a stop payment on. hopefully it will work, and he hasn't been able to clear it yet. will see in a cple of days. ($100)

$40 did clear, however.

IF KARMA TSHERING has been rampant on CL as a scam artist, why on earth have the cops not stopped him yet??? i left a message with the 9th precinct, but nothing so far. he needs to be stopped! we even have pics of him! he came to my house twice to pick up checks.

thank god i realized he was a fraud before i was out too much money.

The number that he is using now is 914-703-4604. I wish there was a way to track this bastard.
His old facebook was facebook.com/jagpilott. He always had some weird pictures on it
Karma is a bitch. Literally.
Got him off of craigslist. He promised to get my site listed on DMOZ directory for $300. Asked for $100 up front. I called him several times - phone not in service. E-Mailed him -- no answer.

I should have realized that his story (his relative was a DMOZ editor and could get me listed in 1 week) was a lie.

Dummy me #2 : when he went to cash the check, I got a call from a check cashing place in NYC.

Dummy me #3: Only used anonymous phones.

Stay away from him. Google his name and you will see he is a conman. He asks for moderate amounts of money, not thousands.

He wanted to meet me at Starbucks at 1880 Broadway, NY 10023. I mailed the check to 32-04 44 Street in Astoria.
