My 12 year old daughter ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this company. She spent her own money on these boots, and was very disappointed. The company sent her the wrong color and the boots are obviously fakes. I contacted the company and they said to keep the boots because it would take too long to return them! When I told them they sent the wrong color and I was unhappy with them, they told me I had to pay shipping and I would get 50% of the cost back. It is a crime that this "company" is getting away with this and now my daughter is out $90.
