The Wack Job, Nader Modgeddi aka Nader M. Kashani aka Nate has gone to another site, complaint wire dot com, and posted a so-called reply to someone else's very valid complaint about him (and there are thousands of complaints by thousands of people who are his victims). His reply is a raging rant full of false accusations and threats.
So this psycopath, by his own angry hands, has proven just how uncontrollably violent and vicious he really is.
And really: You should Google Nader Modgeddi and see the thousands of posts by his many victims. He is one to complain? Really? Who would ever believe him?
He was just recently arrested AGAIN, in March 2016 and facing MORE criminal prosecution.
This guy is an out-of-control psycho who has assaulted so many women and who has stalked men and neigbors and even his own family.
And he is STILL at it: He just recently posted another fake ad on Craigslist (which he has just deleted) in which he illegaly posed as an attorney in attempting to lure his newest victims.

This is again posted by the same woman who posted on the other site she referenced. Her other post was deleted because it is factually untrue. I posted an ad on Craigslist selling an item, and this woman who goes by the pseudonym of "Kathy Blue" responded. When her offer was rejected, she began sending harassing text messages and emails, all of which were ignored.

More importantly, however, she is a violent felon with a prison prior in the 1990s for assault with a deadly weapon. She has multiple convictions and has two cases pending out of Van Nuys court. She was reported to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and you may contact Lori Dery, Head Deputy at the Van Nuys court regarding her. Her email is ldery@da.lacounty.gov. Clearly anyone can post anything on this site. Her statements are laughable and if anyone is "raging" in their response it is her, and her grammatical errors are a result of her rage. There are no March 6, 2016 arrests, no complaints with LAPD, I have no issues with men or women, and anyone is welcome to contact LAPD and verify that ZERO complaints have been filed. Unlike this felon who uses pseudonyms to harass people, I used my true name to communicate with people.

She was ignored because I wouldn't sell anything to a dangerous felon who served a 6 year prison term. Her life is very sad because her current case stems out of SHOPLIFTING FROM SEPHORA. In our call she admitted to being diseased and a kleptomaniac. Her IP address was traced and her true identity is now known.

She likes to pretend that she knows the law and throws around words that she doesn't know the meaning of. She is frustrated with her public defender and cannot afford a lawyer. Who looks for a lawyer on Craigslist? PHYLLIS PATRICIA SHADEMAN, DOB 2/16/1960, is a violent habitual criminal with an extensive criminal history dating back to AT LEAST 1989. The following LA Times articles reference her vicious attack on her OWN CHILDREN. This case which was out of Pomona Courthouse is Case #A892492. If you type this case number on lacourt.org under "Criminal Case Summary" it will return all THREE FELONY charges. I believe she was sentenced in 1991, and by her own VOICE AND ADMISSION ON JANAURY 13, 2017, "I was young and stupid and served 6 years in state prison." I will contact CDCR Inmate Identification Unit and obtain her CDCR number (which will soon be re-activated due to her pending criminal cases and her soon to come PC 422 charge.)

On the 1991 criminal case she was charged as follows: On March 15, 1989 she was formally charged for viciously and violently stabbing her own children. I rarely judge people but there is a reason why I believe this woman is truly a threat to society and should be locked up. There is a difference between an internet troll and a dangerous criminal with a proven record of violent crimes. The latter applies to PHYLLIS PATRICIA SHADEMAN. On the 1991 case she was charged was follows:

She was held to answer on all four counts on 06/01/1989. It's pretty rich when she has already been charged with two counts of this crime at the age of 29, for attacking for own children. She is DANGEROUS and that's why she lives in a constant state of rage. She doesn't have the emotional or mental capacity to verbalized her feelings. Since she is on the internet, she engages in verbal abuse and criminal threats.

According to these articles, Phyllis Patricia Shademan viciously stabbed her 7 year old son TEN TIMES and her 6 year old daughter about the same with a kitchen knife. The article also notates that she and her husband, Manharra, had problems after 10 years of marriage and also PHYLLIS PATRICIA SHADEMAN is an alcoholic as I noted in earlier posts. Her voice and behavior is immediately recognizable as that of an alcoholic. This article confirms my suspicions. While she does behave like a drug addict, I cannot confirm that as of now.

How very sad that this violent, abusive, dangerous woman would downplay her violent crimes on the tape by saying "I was stupid and young to plead guilty." Excuse me? You wanted to MURDER your own children who probably don't speak with you anymore, and if they do, you should count your blessings on a daily basis. This wasn't some pushing or shoving of another person, this was PHYLLIS PATRICIA SHADEMAN refusing to accept help and instead victimizing her own children. It's a proven FACT that she is a dangerous criminal. This isn't something hypothetical on the internet. This is a proven fact.

One can only wonder how many others she's harassed online for various reasons. Her violent nature has morphed into theft among other things. You see, PHYLLIS PATRICIA SHADEMAN claims she contacted me for pro bono legal services which is nonsense because nobody would ever represent her pro bono or otherwise, because the public defender serves that purpose. Let's assume that she is correct and someone offered her such a service. Then that person rescinds his/her offer and ignores her. She's admitted to stealing from Sephora, stealing credit cards and people's identities, and other crimes that will be uncovered. You have to understand that this woman is NOT in the frame of mind that she needs to pay for anything. Whether it is legal help, cosmetics, and money, she will steal. She cannot control herself. Again, her own voice admits to having a disease.
Her current case is out of San Fernando Courthouse and is case number PA085353. She is charged with two counts each of PC 211, which is felony robbery. She likely has other cases pending in Los Angeles County. Her next hearing is 2/16/2017 (which I expect to attend and witness) and it's actually on her sad, lonely birthday. Then judge gave her a lovely gift and much needed gift. Let's hope she is remanded on that date. When you search the case summary on lacourt.org you will see that on January 9, 2017 she was ordered to take a MENTAL COMPETANCY REFERRAL HEARING. This comes as no surprise since I knew before researching her criminal history that she is dangerous, deranged and mentally unstable. Unfortunately, as I said before, unless she's committed to Department of State Hospital, we cannot ensure she's taking her medication.

In fact, according to her MULTIPLE BOOKING RECORDS, when she was booked under booking number 4652031 ( verify on LASD inmate search online) she was booked on 05/02/2016 and remanded to PATTON STATE HOSPITAL. She was subsequently discharged on 10/11/2016. Its laughable how accurate my assumptions about this dangerous, violent predator Phyllis Patricia Shademan really is.

On a much lighter note, this predator is 5"4 in height and her weight ranges from 160-180 lbs, per her multiple felony booking records. No wonder she's so bent on rape and perversed topics. You can only imagine what a 55 year old who lookes like a broken tree stump must feel sexually. She hasn't been touched in ages. Maybe when she's locked up for good, her cellmate will, afford her much needed love. This sad woman needs love and medication. She also has an affinity for hair colour. Her booking records run the gamut from red, blonde, brown and everything else in between. I suspect she alters her image as a proxy to her crimes.

Well, if anything develops with the investigation I will update everyone. That is if she doesn't attempt to have me murdered, since she threatened as such and has a history of attempted murder. I will report details of her hearing on 2/16.

I believe that Teresa Violet Arasheben posted this false defamatory post about this person. She has done this to several people across this site. She has done it to me as well. She uses the same language "aka" and claims everyone are sociopaths, psychopaths, child predators, scammers, phony, frauds, liars, and so on. Teresa also uses the names Kathy, Tressa Arasheben, Terry Smith, Terry Raven, Terry Arasheben, and I am sure there are more. Be weary of anything posted in similar fashions as this one. She makes huge claims, but she never has any evidence to back anything up. However, if you look her name up on google and find her case numbers of all of the court cases she's been involved in, you'll see very quickly why she is doing this to people. She's been doing this as far back as 2012 to people from what I can see. I encountered her in 2017 for a short period of time before she went to prison for 2 years and then she started back up in Dec 2019. Hasn't stopped since. Until Teresa starts to post FACTUAL things with EVIDENCE, we should all take everything she posts about people with a very small grain of salt.
