Oxymoron Entertainment Inc. and Embezzlement Fraud - Chris Mallick aka John Christopher Mallick

Marina Del Rey, California, 90292

On Fri, 03 Dec 2010 09:06:46 -0800

I received a promise to pay thousands of dollars owed to me by Oxymoron Entertainment's owner, Chris Mallick.

Below is a brief of one of our last correspondence.

"( From: CHRIS MALLICK )

I have verified your balance. Thank you. I will get your wire..."

The promised deadline came and passed and Christopher Mallick then went into hiding and disappeared.

An attorney has been engaged in the region where Epassporte was registered, however we are seeking qualified civil and criminal attorneys in the states of California, Arizona and Texas.

I will produce all correspondence from multiple employees including employee support and informational emails from Oxymoron Entertainment and other companies owned by Christopher Mallick.

Notes:

1. Upon contacting the Bank where my funds were suspected of being located,
the former Managing Director directed me back to Chris Mallick and Christy Taylor Barnes. (photo attached).

2. An earlier promise to perform was made by Larry Chavana
(photo attached)

3. These funds were to be used for a cancer patients medication, who has fallen more ill and is now considered a catastrophic case.

2. Embezzlement is the act of dishonestly appropriating or secreting assets, usually financial in nature, by one or more individuals to whom such assets have been entrusted. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embezzlement

Hey Guys, some new info.

This is about legal proceedings against Oxymoron Entertainment CEO Christopher Mallick.

Yet another Contractual Fraud Case it appears. It just never ends.

HEADLINE ; Lender States Oxymoron Entertainment CEO Christopher Mallick Lied About a $15M Loan (this is in addition to the millions owed to customers like the original poster above)

Law360, New York (October 03, 2011, 1:00 PM ET) -- ( Christopher Mallick CEO at Oxymoron Entertainment) is being sued in the U.S. State of California by a ;ender and one time associate who is prosecuting Oxymoron Entertainment Christopher Mallick for failing to pay back a $15 MIL Dollar loan after losing the money on a Risky hollywood movie project at Oxymoron Entertainment.

Trust company Fire Glow Holding Inc.'s managing director, Gregory Elias, claims that Christopher Mallick lied about the reason for the loan and overstated his own net worth, including his now out of business electronic transfer company the former EPassporte.

"Mallick's representations regarding his net worth, the purpose of the loan, the value of (his holdings including Oxymoron Entertainment and ePassporte NV and the proposed sale thereof of Epassporte were (untrue) false when made, and were made with the intentions to deceive (the lender Greg Elias and Fireglow Holdings) and induce it to make the loan," the complaint goes on.

Oxymoron Entertainment's John Christopher Mallick solicited the loan from Fireglow, saying that he needed the money to pay a divorce settlement with his ex-wife (who left him for infidelity), according to the complaint.

1. Further investigations into Oxymoron Entertainment's Christopher Mallick finances sadly revealed that the lions share of the money was not used for the stated purpose.

2. As of the date of the original claim, Oxymoron Entertainment s Christopher Mallick now claims that he cannot pay back any of the money.

Anyone interested in this case can search the Los Angeles County Superior Court s website for information on Oxymoron Enertainment, Christopher Mallick, Epassporte and Gregory Elias related claims.
