He was on a dating site. True.com. and Match.com. Both which are full of conartists. A lot of them say they are here in the US, but are really in Africa. He talked to me for several months then he was going to come to see me from Africa on his way home. He suppossily hit some little boy and needed money and it went on from there, one excuse after another. Even after 3 years he is still trying to get money from me. He says he is in Topeka, Ks. but he isn't.
