Takeing Deposits on Burmese Kittens/ not Delivering as Promised

I found this breeder/ person on pets for you, he started advertising burmese kitten in the month of october.... I clicked on his link and chatted with him about his burmese kittens/ sable, those are the colors. he sells them for 800.00 each with no cfa.....he gave me his adress and I went to visit the kittens, a few wks passed and he told me that the litter died. then he told me that his other female was due and new kittens to be born on december 1st of 2011....well 3 months have gone bye and I still have no kitten and no deposit, I wanted a sable and he said I'm being to fussy and that I'm to hard to deal with,,,, well, what have I done wrong.......I have gone to the attorney genral and also the st petersburg police and the eternal econimic crime division, I have already lost my deposit, and now the time has come of him to be behind bars and also for all the other folks out there to know that there are others who care....... Your not going to get away with this crime.......

I AM JOHN THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE LYNN CALLED ME AND ASKED ME SINCE THEY ARE MOVING TO VEGAS SHE HAD FOUND A BREEDER THERE AND WANTED ME TO KEEP 300 OF THE DEPOSIT AND SEND 300 BACK I AGREED ONCE I SOLD THE KITTEN SHE SAID IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR HER TO DO IT THAT WAY SINCE IT WOULD REQUIRE SHIPPING ETC SHE AND HER HUSBAND ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THEY BRAGGED THE THEY HAVE CONNECTIONS WITH THE MAFIA AND WANTED T TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEIR EXPARTNER IN BUSINESS IN ST PETERSBURG A TANNING SALON ETC SO I THINK THEY ARE DOING THIS TO CAUSE TROUBLE FOR ME WHICH WE DONT NEED WE DID NOTHING WRONG THEY ARE JUST VERY MISERABLE BITTER PEOPLE. I have no idea. I don't think he has a cattery name, he breeds burmese out of his house, chech him out, he scammed me....no kitten and lies.....

To John Tompkins, your getting off track, back to to the point of you takeing deposits on burmese and then telling customers that the litters have died , and then getting offended when the customers start asking questions.......Isan't that what a reasonable breeder is supose to do........... the way your talking now john is where are these srories comming from .. you have a great immagination.......... they are all bogus lies about john tompkins i love the spelling and the theats the left on johns telephone saying mob related will kill the whole family because they hadnt received payment after posting lies everywhere cfa has nothing negative to say stay away from lynn and mario please dont sell them a kitten the police were notified and advised them of no contact he threatened my children as well.
