Maria Depaulis was renting us an apartment we are a working professional couple with excellent income and credit. We were all set to rent the apartment until she met my wife who is african american. Just like that we didn't hear from her anymore. Not only did we find out from her co worker that she is not only the listing agent but also the homeowner.

She wasted our time ! Not to mention insulted us we suggest you do no business with this lady. She selects who she thinks she should rent to!!
