6 months ago I was offered a contracted price for cable, internet and digital voice from Comcast for $106 per month for a year. He guaranteed the price included all movies and premium channels including HBO, Showtime, etc. and all movies were free with no per order fees. There was a third party verifier and all transactions were recorded over the phone.I was charge the 106 in June '10, then the price went up to 169. When I called, they had no record of my contract so they signed me up again. Again they billed me for over 250 per month. I kept calling and they denied ever having given me any contracted price. When I asked who authorized the changes, they said that it was me. I responded by saying, "prove it" and they said they had a recording so I told them to listen to it and give me a copy. So far, they have not responded nor will the credit me for the correct amount. THEY ARE A PONZI SCHEME BAITING AND SWITCHING CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO VERIZON.
