THIS IS A SCAM!!! I AM LIVING PROOF AND KNOW OF OTHERS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THIS TO. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Not Reputable–In the matterof my husband they took my money and did NOT do the work. They will not provide a refund. I was not provided with pictures – phone video or a report even though I paid up front. If I want to sue I was told by the lady that its a no refund contrct and they dont have to prove anything. I was told that if i say its a SC__M they will come after me — SHAME ON YOU! Dont waste your money!

Sadly 0 stars is not an option. Paid this “company” $1500.00 in January to locate our Daughter Alex. 5 Months later, no report, no follow up, and no Alex. Numerous phone calls, non returned.

We hired another firm, in July to again try to find our daughter, this company asked SQPI to provide a report to me so he was not wasting his time following the same leads that they did. SQPI refused.

Here we are in August, the other company found my daughter safe and sound, SQPI has still not provided any report, follow up or even an invoice.

I am now following up with the ministry of correctional services and public safety, who oversees Private investigation firms.

STAR QUALITY PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS HAD NEVER WORKED WITH OR HEARD OF THE ABOVE INDIVIDUAL.

The legal team has deemed this review to be: slanderous and defamatory as well as the use of false statements, without just cause. Commencement of action is: Active.

We have the privilege of serving thousands of clients a year, for several decades. SQPI has built their reputation on confidentially, honesty and respect. The Directors have been advised to allow Google LLC. and the legal team to handle this matter.
