Charlie Rivero is a convicted sex offender. He was convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and required to attend classes as well as register on the sex offender registry. He plea bargained his way out of it after completing the classes but do not be fooled. He's a sick, sick man.
This person has no idea the problem they can cause because of defamation of character because the drunk person who has cheated there entire life does not realize that 2 confession letters stating that Charlie Rivero never committed the crime. These two confession letters are stamped by the judge and were never part of records do to safety. Not to mention that Charlie Rivero has passed 2 polygraph test with flying colors. They did not show inconclusive, they showed he has passed with no problems. The person who has as a "Personal" issue is do to the fact that they have a drinking problem, not to mention other problems. Again, Proof does exist that Charlie has never committed any such sex crime and has 2 confession letters stating he never did anything stamped by the judge. People need to realize that when they try to warn people with improper information, that they cause more damage because they have nothing better to do but complain about something that is not true.
Interested in the truth about Charlie Rivero? The documents regarding the sex crime in question are free to the public and available at the courthouse. The police report is quite interesting. According to the official police report, there is one female victim and one male victim (who was a security guard at the mall where the crime took place.) Charlie fled the scene at a high rate of speed after being confronted with security, but later admitted being there when questioned by the police. According to the documents, Charlie plead guilty and had to register as a sex offender and take classes. Who in their right mind pleads guilty to something like that? It appears that there was a plea deal so that there would be reduced charges. If he was innocent of the crime, then the TWO separate witnesses, the district attorney, the cop who wrote the report and the judge must have been in on the conspiracy! Apparently, they framed an innocent man! Of course, you might want to take into account that Charlie's brother was deported from this country for nothing less than sex crimes! Apparently, he was framed by the state department!
Along with the truth about this criminal past, Charlie is also irresponsible in several other areas of life as well. It's a matter of record that after failing to pay his mortgage payments, the bank had to evict him and foreclose on his house. Could it be possible that the bank framed him as well? On top of all that, the state of Nevada has been paying unemployment benefits to this leech for an amazing amount of time! Is the sate framing him with falsified records? This guy's life is a mess and we're supposed to believe some far fetched story of his innocence. Here's a story to believe: People are tired of whining irresponsible, sex offending, welfare dirt bags who live off our taxes and blame everyone else for their problems. It appears the real scam is on all of us who have to pay for this guy.
Which courthouse is this information available in Las Vegas? I have clients to protect from individuals, such as this, who represent themselves differently and would like to see evidence to know my further dealings professionally.

There are two ways to check criminal records. You can go down to the justice center and they have a free records search on the computer. You can read the police report there. You can also check online by going to clarkcountycourts.us where you use the how do I pulldown on the left for looking up a court case. Click on District Civil/Criminal Records and search by party. Enter your dirt bag's name and presto!
This is what happened in Charlie's case:
Guilty Plea Agreement FILED IN OPEN COURT. NEGOTIATIONS: State will not oppose imposition of probation; should Deft. complete probation he will be allowed to withdraw his plea and plead to a charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Ms. Campbell concurred. DEFT. RIVERO ARRAIGNED AND PLED GUILTY TO OPEN OR GROSS LEWDNESS (GM). COURT ACCEPTED plea and ORDERED, matter referred to the Division of Parole and Probation (P & P) and set for sentencing. FURTHER ORDERED, a Psycho Sexual Evaluation is to be performed; copy of evaluation to be provided to the Court. NIC 3-18-4 8:30 AM SENTENCING.
So, it looks like Charlie took a deal, plead guilty with the understanding that if he lived up to his probation terms, he would be able to remove the sex crime portion of his sentence and agree to disorderly conduct. As you can see, NOT INNOCENT. Dirt bag status confirmed.

Really People. First off I don't think people understand what defamation of character is. This is what is going on at the moment. The bottom line is, if this crime did happen, the person would have been locked up a long time ago. I'm sure that he paid the person who started all of this to write a confession letter. I'm sure that he also probably paid the judge to give him an honorable discharge. Yes, Mr. Rivero did plea guilty for private reasons with his attorney but also to know that to also help him being the honest person he has always been. I'm sure he probably paid everyone off, or some how convinced everyone to show up in court and everyone lie at once just so he would not look bad. It is amazing how you can get one angry female wannabe go go dancer / actress, or another wannabe person who has nothing better to do and talk non sense about everything because they were not given the time of day, or because they were caught by several people on there unfaithful ways. Charlie has always been great with everyone and always very respectful. Trust me, I know of a person that did do a major crime and they are in prison for life. If this was the case here, then this person would also be locked up because there is no escaping a crime like that by a plea bargain, come on people. Can you all just leave him alone? I will personally start looking for an attorney to help him stop one of the 4 involved in this whole defamation of character and slander. Either AW, KH, TH, or T. And by the way, look up the police records for december 8 2008. It was an auto accident that was not his fault and because of that he was fired from his job. Loosing his job caused him to loose his home. Then you all have the nerve to criticize this person to collect unemployment when he worked legally and earned legally, and collected unemployment legally! are you serious. One more thing, Charlie's track record with his clients and his work has always been outstanding. There's no question that Charlie Rivero himself! Since you decided to respond to the facts with a bunch of feeble arguments, allow me to retort. First of all, when it comes defamation, the key element that you have to prove is a FALSE statement of fact. When it comes to what has been exposed here, everything is absolutely true and people can even go and look up the case number and see for themselves. As for the "honorable discharge," I'm not sure why they even use that term. You earned your "honorable discharge" when you completed your probation and the term simply means that you are no longer under the scrutiny of the court system because you completed your sentence. Nothing very honorable about it but that's what they call it. As far as taking a guilty plea for "private reasons," I'm sure that you mean that you wanted to take a lessor charge so that you weren't permanently branded as a sex offender. Anyone can go and look up the court documents, so don't try and sell us a load of garbage that you didn't get off easy because you took a deal.
You're right about the fact that I have better things to do than post things here. Somebody needed to stand up for the truth and for the people you listed in your rant. I'm not in you list of initials, but that just tells me that you have a growing list of people who are tired of what you're putting out into the world. Hello everyone, Charlie here. I have better things to do than to argue. Everyone on this planet has a past and if you care to take the time to look into some one else life instead of living your own then go ahead. The bottom line here is that I was given an honorable discharge. That had everything to do with the simple fact that I completed my probation for a lot of false situations that were given to me. Now for some reason people feel they have to stand up for my situation. Guess what?... I am an honest person that dealt with a lot of crap in my life and now you can not seem to leave me alone for whatever reason. It's called on line bullying. It's called defamation of character because I do have papers in my safe that show much more than you know. It is also called harassment when you are sending letters to my daughters mom. Leave us all alone. If people want to know anything about me then they will ok... everything is a public profile and they are welcome to look. Now,,, just leave me and my friends and family alone because you have no idea how much this hurts. I don't care anymore what people think ok,,, just leave me alone and leave my family alone. Just stop already! I am not asking for your friendship, I am not asking you to like me or anything like that. Just leave well enough alone because I am human just like everyone else. A word to the wise Tiff, listen closely to his words when he speaks and you will soon realize that he always paints himself as a victim and plays the "poor me" card quite often. Most people who paint themselves constantly as a victim in life are people who have a certain degree of mental illness. The problem with these people is that because they actually believe what they say they are great con artists and can even pull the wool over the eyes of very intelligent people. Just because a person may be a talented musician, photographer, videographer, etc..... doesn't mean that they are a "good" human being. I hired Charlie Rivero for a Photoshoot for my 8 yr old child. This is a man that was nothing but professional, honest and a very sweet guy to deal with. I am shocked that people go out of their way in life to make others lives miserable. Whoever is taking their time doing this is obviously someone with absolutely no life! Hello everone, I just want to start off by saying that I have have been watching this scam for 8 months now. I am a concerned father of 2 children. Anyways, read the post written by "theTruth" on 3-20-2011 where he/she describes in detail how to obtain criminal records on Mr. Charlie Rivero. I did everything "thetruth" described and this is what I got: For starters, I spoke with Police Officials and one Detective only after studying the Nevada laws on sex cases.
It turns out, as we all know, that there is a law called the "HEARSAY" law. What that means, in simpler terms for people like "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", & "thetruth", is that all anyone has to do is point the finger and say "He/She did it". I was then told that the State of Nevada DOES NOT need evidence nor, in most cases (nearly All), probable cause to make an arrest or to convict. After going to the legal library here in Las Vegas, I found out that all this that I was told is completely true. The books I have checked out and studied also say that the D.A.'s use a thing called a "scare tactic" to keep a supposed victim from recanting or taking back their accusation against an alleged offender.
I decided to get records on not only Mr. Charlie Rivero, but on his brother who was mentioned by "thetruth". The funny thing that "thetruth, Nonya, Fyi, Anonymous" or anyone seems to forget or mention, is that with a lot of
pushing and talking with the right people, they can also obtain the records on the supposed "POOR" victims. So............I decided to do that too. It turns out that both children had bad up-bringings from what I read. The one that accused Mr. Charles Rivero has been raised in an abusive environment where as the one who accused his deported brother actually accused his own parents of physically and mentally abusing him. This was found out through a "Records" check through child services. A lot of time, effort, and "red tape", but as a "Concerned" citizen, I was able to accomplish that too.
I went to find out that the boy who accused Mr. Rivero's brother who was deported, was actually taken by police and child services after his school called in that the boy had sexually attacked a young girl in his class at a trip to the school library. The boy was expelled from that school, then taken by police and child services. The records even showed how this kid then told child services how he was constantly abused physically and mentally by his parents. I read up on both Riveros' Cases and found out that certain things the supposed victims said about their parents were purposely left out in order to "paint" them as a true victim; another tactic used by all D.A.'s from what officials told me and from what it says in the legal library. Apparently, "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", nor "thetruth" checked out any of this. In fact....when I asked the officials on their opinion of all the bad things "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", & "thetruth" were
writing about Mr. Charles Rivero, and the fact that they brought up his deported brother for whatever reason, they agreed with me that the people writing these bad things are either the same person using different names, or they are definately related. They also agreed when I said that "Anonymous" and the others (if not the same person), know "frighteningly" way too much about sex offenders.
Now......This might be my fault because maybe I didn't look right and/or I did something wrong, but I couldn't find either of the two Rivero's under the sex offenders registry. The one was deported but I was told would still be on the registry because the crime happened here in the U.S. and that Charles Rivero would defininately be on there. I found nothing. I was also told and have proof in these books that the "HEARSAY" law has been abolished in many states because too many people take advatage of the law
just to get back at people they completely hate or have had problems with. That law is there to protect the true victims of these awful crimes, not for people/parents to use as a weapon whenever they don't get their way. As for the children, I saw a photograph of each one and I would not trust them with a puppy dog let alone another child. The reason that I am so angry is because I believed everything that "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", & "thetruth" and others posted on this site, thinking they had a right to slam Mr. Charlie Rivero and that they were just trying to protect and advise the public and people like me who also have children to be careful around Mr. Rivero, but after 8 months of running around researching, getting public records, talking with child services, the legal library and driving everywhere because I truly believed what these sickos were writing and, because I want to protect my children, I go to
find out these idiots were wrong about everything they wrote on Mr. Charles Rivero except on how to obtain the copy of the criminal records.
Did you sickos not think for one minute that someone who is serious about protecting their children would not ACTUALLY take your stupid advice and go do some thorough checking to follow up on everything you were writing bad about Mr. Rivero? Well Guess what........I DID!! I even went as far as to find out that
neither Mr. Rivero nor his brother had to pay any restitution at all and they are both free. The experts told me that anyone who has ACTUALLY comitted a sex crime is now or will soon be in prison for life. Those who are out are casualties of sick stupid people like you fueled by anger for something that did not go your way then used the law to your advantage. You treated your own children like animals by training them and coaching them like dogs to get them to make false accusations so that you can get back at those who pissed you off for
whatever reason. Those children who knew and understood what they were doing, and that it was a lie, should have been taken away by the state and they should have turned their parents in to police and child services. These particular kids in these two cases, judging from their pictures and their "CHANGING" of their story each time, should have been taken by the state and the parents should have been arrested. In any case, they know what they did, they understood it and that makes them animals, not children. SICK SICK People. What really sickens me is that "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", & "thetruth" probably have kids of their own. Just remember.....and this goes out to those two animals that, from what I can tell, FALSELY accused these people, and also to "Anonymous", "Nonya", "FYI", & "thetruth", if you have kids and live here in NEVADA, that the "HEARSAY" law applies to both you and your sick children (if they are of age) and that this can.....AND PROBABLY will, happen to you by a REAL SEX OFFENDER who is still out on the streets because people like you accuse the wrong person. And please, if you are going to help people by posting such trash and telling them how to obtain the info, please do it because it really happened and because you have all your facts straight; as I do, and not to get back at those who pissed you off. ALSO, never
ever use your children to falsely accuse anyone because they will never forget the trauma I was told these kids go through, whether they are telling the truth or not, when the D.A.'s and the courts get their hands on them (not counting the families of those you falsely accuse)! And for the idiots who say "who would ever plead guilty to something like that just to get a deal", just remember what I said to you all earlier: "THIS LAW APPLIES TO YOU ALL TOO", so when it happens to you......then you let me know why you signed too, okay sicko?
By the way, for those who can't take it and don't like what has been written about them...........LIKE WHAT'S TRUE (Anonymous and others) then just remember that it was the advice of "thetruth" that led to you people being caught and found out as Liars just trying to get back at Mr. Charles Rivero for whatever your sick reasoning is/was. CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - A teen girl high school student who claimed she was raped in a bathroom at West Mecklenburg High School actually filed a false report, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.
According to the original police report, the incident happened on Feb. 10 between a 15-minute span starting at 11:24 a.m.
The victim originally told police there were two suspects involved in the incident – one held the 17-year-old girl down and pulled down her pants, while the other performed the sexual act, according to the police report.
"The victim stated she had to scream to get the suspects to leave her alone and they ran out of the bathroom," according to the original police report.
The victim then left the bathroom and told a nearby person about the incident, according to the first report.
The girl told police she suffered cuts and bruises during the incident.
On Monday, a CMPD spokesman said the the victim later claimed she had consensual sex with the suspect.
It's unclear if she has been charged with filing a false report.

No one was posting anything untill I started posting. Why would anybody stir the pot again when it was pretty much over, and "Old News"? Also, if you know anything at all about computers, then try tracing the I.P. address genius, Then you will feel like a bigger ass when you find out that I am not Mr. Rivero. See.....I am not here to defend him because I don't know him. I'm here because you all lied about his situation, and I, like and Idiot, Believed you thinking you were all right. That was untill I investigated everything myself. The reason I even Investigated, was because "Nonya" was pretty much telling people how to get your hands on records. If you read any of my posts, then you will see what I found out in the 8 months it took me before I even posted anything here.

If you are saying that we will never know what actually happened in the Rivero cases, that isn't entirely true. Knock me over with a feather about you having a hard time with the truth, but since you are asking, I'll provide more details on the cases. According to the police reports in the criminal files, Charlie was arrested for exposing himself to a woman in a mall parking lot and then trying to make a hasty escape after being witnessed pleasuring himself by a security guard. Fabian was collared for statutory rape of a minor. I guess it is indeed possible to discover what really happened if you take a few minutes to find out... As for this site, I don't care about any of the other posters. I only care that I'm here to provide cogent, succinct, and verifiable information about Charlie, to balance the outright lies about his innocence and what a good person he is. Here's a little secret for you. I harbor no ill will here and I actually feel a little bad for you. If you compare the wording and tone of your messages and mine, it's easy to see who has a problem with anger here. People might understand if you admitted that maybe in the past, you had some problems and you're over that now. Outright lies about your innocence just tend to alienate everyone who is sick to death of criminals who take no responsibility for their actions. In Fabian Rivero's case, the ALLEGED victim was already 11 1/2 years old and was tested. The psycology report basically proves that he knows the difference between right and wrong. Hell, he was expelled from his school then arrested by metro for an attempted rape on a really young girl in the school library. He was caught when a teacher heard the young girl pleading with him to leave her alone. See, I checked Child services records, and it's all there. That happened over 3 years before he ever accused Mr. Rivero. He then admitted to his being abused by his own parents Mark Loebig, Elizabeth Loebig and also his older brother Michael Loebig. So now what? Are you gonna actually going to try and tell me now that state and local authorities, The school, child services, and that poor little girl all lied? Don't tell me....it's a conspiracy right? People like that little sick bastard and you unfortunately use the "Hear Say" law to your advantage by lying about those you hate for whatever twisted and sick reason to get them arrested. Before I hire any photographer I make sure to do a background check on them, as you can never be too sure in this town.
Anyone can write anything about anybody on the internet, so I take it all with a grain of salt. I don't care about any of the personal arguments going on on this site. What I am taking away from all of this is what I was able to verify through online searchable court records (thank you "thetruth" for showing me how to do that). I have brought this forum to the attention of the website providers as well as to local authorities and most importantly, to the Loebig family. SOA using the full name of an underage victim of a sex crime is in clear violation of the NV State rulings on victim's rights.Regardless of how such information was obtained by SOA he chose to repeatedly post it on a public forum.
No private party can trace IP's through this website (and that's directly from Vegas Metro so please don't even bother continuing with that nonsense) but the website can and does track IP addresses of posters to this site.
Only the victim's family has the right to pursue this matter and I can only hope they follow this through. They have suffered enough at the hands of the Rivero family scumbags.

You will see that only the names of the people related to the "Alleged" victims were named, and thats because they ARE on record you idiot. Well, I just spent a few minutes on the phone with my attorney and from what he told me, this whole forum is subject for Libel Defamation and if the Rivero's wanted to pursue charges, they would have a pretty good case.

How does this not surprise me? How many innocent people do you know who have pled guilty to sex crimes and have had legal orders of protection filed against them?
