Fake health Insurance was sold to my family by an Insurance Broker and thousands of dollars in medical bills are now our responsibility. The premiums were cashed and fake ID Cards were issued. The fake customer service gave our doctors the go ahead to perform all the tests because we were "covered". This policy was rolled over from another so there were no signed contracts. The Broker is no longer reachable. The business is Spirit of America. Be aware of this seemingly nice man who will mislead you with false kindness and promises of help!
