Prado Electronic Cigarette

I ordered this piece of garbage . With the understanding of $7.00 and then !$15.00 for monthly club. I was contacted be the company to verify the order . I asked her if this would be the only charge I was told yes and if I canceled the monthly club the money would be refunded. Will they hit me for the $7.00 plus $15.00 then $149.00. I was not told nothing about the $149.00 and I did ask. I called the company and was told it is after the 14 day trial and it is nonrefundable . that she could cancel my monthly club that's all she could do. They will not take the product back. If I would have known about the extra cost I would have canceled the time the representative called me. Also when I told the company the I talked to a person to verify the purchase and did ask her about any hidden fees she told me it is a different company that called me and they can not be held responsible. WILL WHO IS?
