(was arrested and charged with 5 counts of organized fraud. has previous felony charge on record. still in court lying and trying to cut a deal with prosecutors.and once again they will see all he did was lie and try to buy himself more time. even with judges and lawyers he tries to lie to pull another con. another scam. it doesn't matter who you are. we are all still waiting to see when or if he goes to jail.court again on the 23rd of march, 2011 where he will once again attempt to have the judge believe that his felony from the past was actually reduced even though every record on file says it was a felony and even though he never mentioned it was reduced to me and i knew him for years til he conned and frauded me and others i know out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.that felony must be the deciding factor between jail and probation. depending on his accumulated points. his record speaks for it self.
