Well I haven't left yet, so I might as well debate you as I can obviously tell you are getting all fired up. lol So Anonymous, i.e. take no responsibility for what you say. I understand you think I owe anything to Bill huh? You think I owe anything to anyone? You silly, silly, quasi retarded individual. Now why would I back a man that used me, conned me, threatened me, told horrendous lies about me, and text my girlfriend that he wants to leave his current wife for her as I am sitting in bed with her at 10pm at night? Chances are where you reside out east near the slews, Budwiser, skoal, and backing your fellar man is just a way of life ya hear? I always enjoy a good conversation via the web with someone that seems to know the court system all to well. Now I know you didnt research it, thus leaves the fact that your meth lab in your bath tub must have exploded some time ago and you learned the ins and outs of the judicial system i see. hahahah I have to admit, nothing makes me more sad than to know there are people like you whom only react out of emotions opposed to taking the emotion out of the equation and use logic instead. Look, Im tired, you have nothing to stimulate me with your 4th grade, oops...... why are the letters so big, babble. Ok...you win..."my ass is going down." Now we have nowhere to go from here except chances are you will bring up Nascar or something and I will 5150 before I talk Dale Earnhart Jr. with you at this point. If you want to be a doll, why dont you tell me about what you have accomplished in life, what your take on foreign policy is, or maybe even tell me what you had for lunch today because it would be a hell of a lot more insightful than what you have been preaching for multiple messages now, yet using a couple words in different places. Oh...and one last thing before I retire from this childish, yet amusing jibber jabber. You have my address, you have my phone number, yet no visit and/or no calls? Then, you have the audacity to insinuate that by giving out my address, I may be placing myself in harms way? Too funny, too pathetic, too cowardly, too you apparently. lol
The personal attacks on Lisa Parin by Greg Lomba are despicable. That type of attack is what one uses to muddy the water, to try and smear someone, because that’s all they’ve got. Greg can’t say anything bad about Lisa that’s true, so he throws out a bunch of junk, hoping to hurt her feelings. It’s pretty pathetic, actually.

Greg Lomba is the person who hurt so many people, defrauding them of their money and their trust. Sometimes it was life savings, sometimes not, but the amount of hurt inflicted by Greg Lomba, and the other dishonest people at OF Lending (not even sure there was an honest one among the bunch after Lisa left), cannot even be measured.

Lisa’s character is beyond reproach and she has spent hours countless hours of her own time, away from her family helping victims of OF Lending, so that perhaps they can receive a measure of justice. That’s what you call a hero. She has told the truth, and the victims she has helped owe her a great deal. She has become a friend, and that may be the silver lining in this whole mess that has hurt so many people.

Lisa, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When asked if you needed a license and noted that your license was suspended you replied you didn't need it and that you were Bill's assistant, even though you knew that you needed a broker's license in order to sell the short pay refinance.

Upon leaving OF Lending, you have continued the same scam under the aegis of Accelerated Commercial Services (your company) with so much without any mortgage broker's license and continued scamming people in Alameda and Contra Costa County.\

You are a liar, a con artist and a cheat. As a sales person you sucked people in and lied to their faces, took their money when what they really thought they were doing was paying for help and experience from a company that had significant experience and relationships in doing short pay refinances. all of it was a damn lie.

Frankly, I hope you rot in your drug haze, and then spend some nice time in Jail courtesy of the DA of Alameda and Contra Costa County.
Open message to OF Lending victims: If you were contacted by ANYONE 'working' on behalf of OF Lending after the date Bill Hogarty says OF Lending went out of business, (on the bankruptcy paperwork either December 31, or January 31), please contact me. For those of you following this OF Lending/William Hogarty saga, I wanted to give a quick update. Please know that I have not independently had the opportunity to verify this myself, but I believe it to be 100% true.

Gregory Lomba, who has posted on here and who worked for Bill Hogarty as his VP for the Loan Modification Team, was arrested 3 weeks ago on charges of larceny related to his loan modification scam. Bail was set at $100K and he apparently was just released, I'd have to assume on bail. There's hearing tomorrow which I believe is the preliminary hearing and several of his victims have been asked to testify. The hearing is at 8:30 tomorrow, 2/14/2012, at the courthouse in Contra Costa at 725 Court Street in Martinez. The wheels of justice take time, but looks like time ran out for Greg Lomba.

I realize there hasn't been many updates on Bill and Cristy Hogarty and James Rivera, but please don't believe that it's because this has been forgotten or that they won't be held responsible at some point. Alameda seems to take a little more time in reviewing cases for potential criminal charges as do the feds, but please know it's not becase this has been dropped. I promise this is not the case and at some point I think these three will likely learn the lesson that Greg Lomba is, but in a much bigger way.
