Beware of this ex con tenant. She will tell all kinds of sad story about her life just so you'll feel sorry for her. She is a professional liar. She went as far as telling us in court that she just found out she had breast cancer. We fell for it again, so we let her off easy by not collecting any rent payment ($5,500). She was ordered to leave our property and to fix the damages at our garage wall, since she run over it. But we never heard from her again after she moved out with her son and Yorkie dog (Ellie). She also stole one of our antique furniture. A few months later, we got a call from another landlord (who we didn't even know) He was asking questions about her where abouts, since he too and another person was scammed by this con artist. We don't know where she lives now, but she was with her son when she moved out. She frequently changed jobs because she would get fired as soon as they found out about her background. Beware of this scammer. It was too late when we found out that she was at one point incarcerated for theft. We made a mistake of not running a background check sooner, since she said that it would create too many inquiry on her credit report.
