Daughter of Roba Moussaoui and criminal Ali Hassan Moussaoui.

A criminal herself, Kawthar Moussaoui has been the first assistant, a very willing assistant and procurer of small, helpless children to her father Ali Hassan Moussaoui of Monterey Park, CA., for many years.
Kawthar Moussaoui and Ali Moussaoui, with help from Soumaya Al Dika, the overseas bride for pay, of Ali Hassan Moussaoui, have been trafficking children, fueling the illegal drug and prostitution trade, and making and laundering money for several years.
It is notable that for all of those same years, by no coincidence whatsoever, Ali Moussaoui has pretended to be a holy Muslim individual, a so-called "harmless" man who would "never hurt a fly."
However, Ali Moussaoui has always been a sneaky, violent, despicable human being.
Pay no mind to the fact that Ali Moussaoui was also a decades-long employee of U.S.C. in the I.T. department. He also had them all fooled with his manipulative tactics, pretending to be a Quran-worshipping "gentle" man with a quiet demeanor.
Such behaviour of his was and part of his disguise and decades-long manipulation of every person he has ever met.
In fact, he even manipulated his own children (his sons) from his first marriage to Roba Moussaoui.
Roba Moussaoui is his biological cousin.
It is said that he married Roba Moussaoui to attempt to have a female to mold to his own desires.
However, Roba Moussaoui was and is a born narcopathic person, a malignant individual, just like himself.
At some point, Roba Moussaoui chose to go the way of vast wealth by having relations with a male whose father or such was the owner of a huge dealership. In return, Ali Moussaoui worked on driving his twin sons away from their mother.
But he had a big fight on his hands, because Roba Moussaoui has always been as manipulative and underhanded as Ali Moussaoui. Besides, she had ample unlimited amounts of cash, courtesy of her new wealthy boyfriend and suitor, at hand to oppose him in court.
Ali Hassan Moussaoui instead worked on molding & shaping daughter Kawthar Moussaoui to be his clone.
Kawthar Moussaoui gladly took direction from Ali Hassan Moussaoui and became a master manipulator while pretending to be an orthodox Muslim woman.
Kawthar Moussaoui joined Ali Hassan Moussaoui by pretending to a "sweet" female and procuring (Trapping) small, vulnerable children for the network of Ali Hassam Moussaoui and his brothers for the family Child Trafficking business.
Kawthar Moussaoui has become quite the prostitution madam and has carved out a large niche for herself in the dark, secret world of child trafficking and child porn and prostitution and, of course, drug cartel and money laundering.
Meanwhile, Kawthar Moussaoui has also stacked a few "letters of recommendation" and "character references" from various unsuspecting individuals, in order to have a handy cover-up and general cover for herself in order to enter the career market.
Being in the career market and pretending to have a career is the way that Ali Moussaoui & his accomplices cover their tracks. Of course, pretending to be god-fearing, Quran-Thumping, "helpful, kind" individuals are their other tactics.
And then there is the veil-wearing, also so-called orthodox woman, Soumaya Al Dika.
Sumaya Al Dika, in her physical appearance, seems harmless.
"Seems" is the operative word and most dangerous in her arsenal weapons and works best for the nefarious purposes of Ali Hassan Moussaoui, his brothers, and Kawthar Moussaoui.
Ali Hassam Moussaoui imported Soumaya Al Dika from overseas.
He took one of his monthly vacations to the Arab nations and searched until located the most economical, but moldable females he could.
He promised her a trip and somewhat of a life to America, citizenship, a job, and the American life of freedom if she did as he instructed and taught her to do.
Soumaya Al Dika very willingly accepted.
The first order of business in America was to help him permanently steal his youngest son from his mother, too.
Ali Hassan Moussaoui, like all toxic, cancerous narcissists, has a pattern of manipulating, indoctrinating, and yes, stealing children from women who leave him because they cannot stand to be with him after they see his mask fully slip off.
And this is what happened with his third son's mother. She was a traumatized but beautiful and amazing woman.
Ali Moussaoui found her, attempted to lie to & manipulate her, too.
But when she saw who & what he really was and decided to leave him, he decided to make her pay by creating lies, manipulating the court system with those lies and having their young son taken from her based upon his heinous acts of deceit and lies and his "orthodox", harmless man act.
And this pattern clearly emerges.

Ali Hasam Moussaoui and Kawthar Moussaoui are seriously nefarious, unrepentant cancers & blights on society.
Sometimes, though, it's difficult for people to see the real persons under their masks of phony kindness and generosity.
However, some people who have in fact seen through Ali Moussaoui & Soumaya Al Dika are the administrators of Al Hadi School in Bell, CA.
Ali Moussaoui had used his previous employment there & powers of manipulation to obtain a teaching job for Soumaya Al Dika.
However, when they began to see the heinous acts that Ali Moussaoui & his trainee Soumaya Al Dike had taken against the Mother of Ali Moussaoui's youngest son to have him taken away from her, they fired Soumaya Al Dika and sent her on her way.
When Kawthar Moussaoui tried to get a job there, they threw her out & prohibited her from returning.
