TEXTING!!!!

Atlanta, Georgia

Apparently izigg is the texting company for Sonic Drive-ins. I have requested them to STOP TEXTING ME FIVE FRIGGIN TIMES!! I have received confirmations, then they continue to TEXT ME!! I triied to call the restaurant & the manager was supposed to email the owner to contact them to leave me alone...guess what?! I'M STILL GETTING TEXTS!! Their "unsubscribe" message contains an email address & a url; the email is NOT VALID (it bounced back to me) & the url has multiple phone numbers, NONE OF WHICH WILL LET YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE!! THEY KEEP CUTTING YOU OFF!!

WHAT A CROCK!!

I will NEVER sign up for texting from another company now, thanks to "izigg," if that's even a REAL COMPANY!!

when you first subscribed to Sonic you got a disclaimer that to opt-out you reply to the message with stop. That's all you have to do. When you get a message reply to the message with the word STOP. if you continue to get messages from Sonic contact support@izigg.com and they will get you unsubscribed. Each business who uses iZigg and the 90210 short code are using the platform and the business is responsible for what they are sending out not iZigg. Sonic is in control of what's going on so your beef is really with them. IZigg is merely the vehicle to deliver the messages. Just text STOP and you should be opted-out for more info on iZigg http://www.izigg1.com
