Our Place aka Our Place Cookware aka Lagom Kitchen sells supposed "non toxic" cookware & kitchen accessories which are, in fact proven to be, highly toxic and contain over 10 times the amount of lead and other contaminants than cookware not marketed as healthy.
Our Place aka Our Place Cookware aka Lagom Kitchen is a scam and fraudulent company headed by Shiza Shahid and a list of other Middle Eastern operators who consider the public slightly more stupid than they themselves are.
Worse yet, Our Place aka Our Place Cookware aka Lagom Kitchen pots, pans, "Wonder Oven" and all other accessories and kitchen equipment are cheaply painted products that peel and chip either soon after purchase and use by unsuspecting consumers or just after the "warranty" period, which is only one year and which is liberally used by the Our Place aka Our Place Cookware employees to callously deny resolutions, replacements, and refunds to consumers (Victims) who have spent vast amounts of money on these overrated, overpriced pots, pans, blenders, air fryer ("Wonder Oven") and other garbage-grade items.

As if it was not terrible enough that consumers are defrauded and scammed by this shady company called Our Place aka Our Place Cookware, the staff and "customer service" representatives are cold, unreasonable, and hate customers.
And proof of the customer hatred and bad treatment, which is really abuse, is easily found on the Better Business Bureau page of Our Place aka Our Place Cookware, where the over 33 Official Complaints (And increasing by the week) are replied to with sarcasm, snark, and barely undisguised hostility and passive aggressiveness.
Of those many, many Official Complaints, none have been resolved other than the very few in which former customers had to file bank disputes.
Shiza Shahid runs this scam company with disdain and hatred, very blatantly displayed and liberally used by her employees.
Kristina Wasserman is another hateful, rude, passive aggressive official of this shady, lowly company.
Kristina Wasserman, too, gives employees free reign to abuse customers and deny refunds and resolutions by snidely informing said customers (Victims of fraud by this company) that "Oh, my oh my, you're just 12 hours out of the warranty period. Ooooh, we'll have to deny your request for a replacement or refund for those pans that have chipped paint and handles that gave you third-degree burns when you handled them according to directions."

Our Place aka Our Place Cookware is more of a small scamming business than a real company.
Any item or product purchased causes deep burns even when handled properly and according to directions.
Additionally, the cheap spray paint on the products chips and fades only days, maybe weeks after even the most careful use.

As for influencers who have recommended this company and its trash-made products, their "recommendations" should be taken with the proverbial grain of salt.
Influencers are paid to lie.

And this company or, rather, business, is a complete lie.

However, far more disturbing than the facts that Our Place aka Our Place Cookware aka Lagom Kitchen falsely markets "non-toxic" cookware yet sells highly toxic cookware with excassive levels of lead and has over 33 complaints on the Better Business Bureau, scams and abuses customers, and exists as a front for arms and weapons sales and child trafficking. are the facts that Shiza Shahid has created an absolutely false persona for her and has used an actual abuse survivor, Malala Yousafzai to bolster her sub-par home business.
Malala Yousafzai was a young survivor of abuse in her home country. In short, she survived the abuse and made a better life for herself.
Shiza Shahid saw this as momentum to be the opportunistic charlatan that she is and to use Malala and her public support for herself and her pockets.
When Shiza Shahid saw that a fund had not yet been created, she created a scam charity called the Malala Fund.
And from there, she used the internet coverage to boost her home business with false marketing claims and fraudulent allegations to sell cheaply made kitchen supplies and dining supplies called Our Place aka Our Place Cookware.
Make no mistake:
Our Place Cookware aka Our Place is not a luxury "brand" or even a "brand" by any means.
It is simply another marketing ploy to sell below-average products to an unsuspecting public, violate warrantees, tell lies, snare money from consumers, and sell them a lie.
And using the momentum of Malala Yousefzai, whom in reality is not some amazing god, as people have been led to believe, but is merely another female who had enough self preservation to survive the hardships of life.
Many, many, many females have survived even worse odds and more extreme abuses, yet they have not been given peace prizes that they never earned, as Malal has been merely lucky enough to be given.
And as such Shiza Shahid saw an opportunity for marketing and she snatched that opportunity.
The usefulness and legitimacy of a product does not lay in its marketing but in the proof of its actual use when put to the test.
And when Our Place aka Our Place Cookware has been put the test, it has failed miserably.
And consumers have been failed and harmed, in the process, by ingesting and suffering extreme levels of lead and other contaminants caused by the lies of Shiza Shahid and Our Place aka Our Place Cookware.
