My name is Osvaldo Hermida.
I am also called Osvaldo Tito Hermida, Tito Hermida, and anything else that you are comfortable with.
I am currently married (Well, "coparenting") with 2 daughters.
I cannot divulge every single personal aspect about myself, therefore I am disclosing just a few main points.
I have been an employee of Keys European, a dealership specializing in European vehicles with an extremely troubled history of Lemon Law violations, customer abuse, and far worse.
Keys European is owned by Lithia Motors, which is owned by stockholders.
At some point in the past, my colleague, an Iranian guy and current general manager of operations at Keys Mercedes Benz in Van Nuys, C.A., by name of David Kohan, promised me multiple kickbacks and other secret financial benefits, not completely legal, but benefits al the same.
He offered me all of these incredible benefits if I agreed to keep quiet about his many nefarious activities in and out of the dealerships under Keys European in Van Nuys, C.A.
I admit that I've had a past including arrests and other negative history and definitely I was open to doing favors for favors.
Yet one evening, when David Kohan was having dinner at my house, he violated my two very young, vulnerable daughters.
Initially, I thought he had just touched their private parts and there had been no penetration, so I let it all go.
After all, I would be getting many favors and benefits from David Kohan, general manager of Keys Mercedes Benz in Van Nuys, C.A.
However, I later discovered that David Kohan had been not just touching and groping my children (I could have been okay with the groping, in light of the anxiously awaited financial benefits), but that he'd also deeply penetrated my daughters and caused bleeding.
I discovered these rape problems perhaps a few days later, after I had gotten home from seeing some ladies (And men) in secret. I no longer want to keep my own illicit activities secret, if possible, in view of all that had happened.

So then, when I went to make a police report, David Kohan threatened me that if I spoke out about this to the police, he would no longer give me the promised benefits.
In considering the long-term financial benefits and that if I shared the benefits with my children, it could be positive, I chose to keep my mouth shut about the rapes committed by David Kohan.
I currently live in LA Puente (A division of West Covina), C.A.
In such an area, these things tend to happen maybe more than other areas.
But I suppose I never had expected these things to happen to me or my family.
Yet, in life, you never really know someone until you really, really know someone.
And that was and is the case with David Kohan.
David Kohan even went further, when he saw that I was willing to keep quiet, and he suggested that so vey much more money could be made via childhood sexploitation, child trafficking, child prostitution of not just my own daughetrs but also of the small children of so many other families that trusted him.
I needed (Perhaps, more accurately, wanted) the money. So I was willing to go along with the suggestions of David Kohan.
That Iranian guy really knows how to make money and lots of it!
I must say that I'm still awaiting my cut of the money, cash and those huge benefits, kickbacks, financial windfalls that David Kohan had so many times promised me but have not materialized.
I still have not reported the rapes of Valentina Hermida or my other daughter by David Kohan to authorities.
And I being patient.
But at least I am a manager of sales at Keys Mercedes Benz in Van Nuys, C.A. and hey, that is a lot better than being one of those grubby salespeople.
So it's something.
But something is not always better than nothing.
David Kohan is not a man of his words.
David Kohan is, however and without doubt, a pedophile and child molester with proclivities for helpless, unsupervised little children.
The least David Kohan could have done, with all of his own goodies and benefits (Under the table, so to speak) from Keys European, is to finally share with me, his little "buddy," who keeps quiet about some extremely serious and even more disturbing, harmful matters.
I don't appreciate being lied to and not given all that I deserve.
