Shai Natan of Boutique Construction is a licensed contractor.
However, Shai Natan is a scammer and fraudster.

Among many, many problems:
1. Shai Natan is a licensed contractor.
However, he does not do any work.
He hires illegal criminal immigrants from Home Depot parking lots.
These criminal immigrants are completely unskilled, lazy "workers."
2. Shai Natan does not supervise the work of these lazy immigrants.
The immigrants, because they are extremely unskilled, not only do not, not do proper construction work, but they actually destroy the foundations of properties and create many more problems.
They destroy electrical outlets that originally worked properly but, after hiring Boutique Construction, electrical outlets and other functions of a property do not work anymore.
And property owners are forced to pay a lot of extra costs and expenses to have the damages fixed, because Shai Natan is dishonest and refuses to take responsibility for any of his workers' mistakes.
3. Shai Natan makes many "promises" upfront.
However, once the contract is signed and he has collected the deposit, he fails to complete the property work deadlines and refuses to correct the extensive number of shortcuts and other mistakes that his unskilled workers have committed.
4. Shai Natan is highly manipulative and dishonest.
The photographs of finished "work" on his website are all stolen from other construction contractors.
The actual work that you, as a property owner, will experience is absolutely nothing remotely close to the stolen and plagiarized photos posted on his website.
4. Shai Natan not only uses extremely inexperienced, unskilled illegal immigrant workers who are too lazy to do the job correctly and leave behind many damages and incomplete work, but he also uses the cheapest, most defective materials.
5. Nothing that Shai Natan promises will ever come to fruition.
The only completeness that property owners experience is a complete and utter mess of their properties and more costs and expenses that Shai Natan has caused.

Please be forewarned:
Shai Natan of Boutique Construction is a terrible scammer.
We made huge mistakes by trusting and hiring him to work on our beautiful property approximately two years ago.
But, to this date two years later, we are still dealing with the countless damages and paying three times the costs to have things repaired on a daily basis.
Additionally, every time we look at something else, we notice that his unskilled parking lot workers had neglected to paint something they were supposed to paint, neglected to caulk somethings they were supposed to caulk, connect many other things that they were supposed to caulk, and so on and on and on.

As for the phony "5-star" yelp reviews of Boutique Construction, do not believe those fake "5-star" reviews.
Those reviews have been posted by the fake accounts of his part-time office staff and relatives.
Any property owner that has made the same mistakes as us and has hired Shai Natan of Boutique Construction, has suffered the same horrible fate as we have as families and property owners.

And the only, only reason that (Only so far) he does not have a c.s.l.b. complaint is because he has made deals to pay property owners a portion of a refund so that they have not filed the complaints.

Also, there are some public posts about Shai Natan being a pedophile.
Please do research on this sick man.
Do not allow him unto your property for any reason.

Do not hire Shai Natan of Boutique Construction.

There are many, many other honest, decent contractors.
