Damion Rhodes Corrupt Official Engages In Malicious Prosecution

Damion Rhodes is a male, black city attorney.
Damion Rhodes was formerly employed at the Los Angeles County Probation Division.
However, after Damion Rhodes displayed to his superiors that he could and did avidly engage in false allegations against various people subjected to a period of probation under his authority and that he could and did in fact have said individuals falsely jailed and incarcerated for extended sentences with absolutely no evidence or so much as any legitimate documentation to connect his false allegations, his supervisors decided that it was a liability to continue to have him in the probation department.
Yet instead of dismissing him entirely, as he had certain protections for his position, they were forced to transfer him to a different position.
That current position is with the Los Angeles County City Attorney's office.
However, Damion Rhodes, in order to gain favor with this office of the city attorney, is again actively engaging in scams and frauds against citizens.
What Damion Rhodes takes an active roll is in prosecuting various people for crimes that not only they have not committed and have had no involvement in but for which he completely lacks evidence and substantiation.
He simply prosecutes said individuals and hopes that they will buckle under the pressures and rigors of court systems and agree to so-called plea "deals". In this manner, he then has what are commonly referred to Notches In (his) Belt or, more officially, prosecutions to his name.
Damion Rhodes is an individual with absolutely no ethics and no sense of the law, which is ironic given that he works for a department that is supposed to apply the laws of the city as well as of the state in an even, fair, and honest manner but in reality never does.
For the Los Angeles County City Attorney's Office, it is never about justice or truth or honesty.
It is only about who they can name and (Falsely) implicate in crimes in order to keep their positions and salaries.
Honesty and fairness has never had any place in the minds of or in the office of prosecutors in the Los Angeles court system.
The only priorities for employees of Los Angeles County are to implicate and easily prosecute and gain convictions, at any price, against citizens.
And Damion Rhodes makes certain to actively and more than willingly aid and abet in these such matters.
And, with all of the above-mentioned corruption, there is something far more urgent and disturbing:
Damion Rhodes is a child molester.
His supervisors, peers, the officials running the Los Angeles County city attorney's office and even the officials in the state prosecutor's office are very much aware of the dark, dank, repulsive habits and crimes of Mr. Damion Rhodes.
However, these same people have refused to completely dismiss him from his position or from the system at all. Instead, by refusing to fire him, they pretend that these secrets will be kept hidden indefinitely and that they can get away with employing and utilizing him in their own nefarious agendas.
What nefarious agendas are these:
Take for example obtaining unfair and falsified convictions against defendants who have not committed the crimes they have been accused of, but who cannot continue to withstand the repeated court dates, distresses, problems of attending court dates while being unable to post bail or just being unable to continually take the abuses of a dishonest court system that grants them, at most, a tired, jaded, uncaring, rude public defender who fails to represent them properly. What do such defendants do in such cases? They eventually give in to a plea "deal" that might grant them time served and/or a probation term and spare them further imprisonment or other additional punishment. They unwittingly and unhappily take an offered plea deal because they are forced to do so, despite lack of guilt in what they have been prosecuted for by corrupt, crooked city employees such as Damion Rhodes and his co-workers, the other prosecutors.
These defendants just want and need to get back to their families, supporting their children, trying not to lose their jobs, and so on.
And upon being forced, in reality extorted into a plea deal, the villains behind these non "deals" such as Damion Rhodes build another block to their credit, the proverbial notch in their belts, all at the expense of innocent defendants.
But let's get back to the subject of child trafficking and child predators and the role of Damion Rhodes in this dark world of child abuse.
Damion Rhodes is no stranger to the joys of little children.
He is a participant and a seller.
He participates in the illicit pleasures and he sells, meaning traffics children as well. And he does so all under the cover of being an employee in the city attorney's office while receiving protections at the same time.
Prosecutors have never been accused of fairness or honesty.
However, prosecutors have indeed been accused of and proven to be very much willing members of pushing forth lies in order to gain convictions. Remember that it is never about the truth, it is only about the end result.
And, when it comes to employees and representatives of their office, it is not about propriety, it is only about how much they can hide about the employees who represent them in and out of court and how much gain those employees, like Damion Rhodes, bring them.
And, as long as the disgusting actions against children, by Damion Rhodes, are supposedly covered up and unacknowledged, then these departments continue to prosper one defendant after another and one hidden and unheard child after another.
