Tim Talks a good sales pitch on the phone but just wants something for nothing. He ran the steam clean equipment but didn't do the job. Sprays nice smelling stuff on the couch cushions and leaves a few damp areas and props up cushions all professional like. Says all will be dry in a few hrs. THE COUCHES AND CUSHIONS WERE NOT CLEANED! I HAVE A BABY-CAM! I HAVE PROOF OF THIS! And I PAID for this crap!

Shows how rugs didn't come clean but could with a different product. Now rugs are clean. Now asks EXTRA MONEY for this!

Offers entire house cleaning for a good price, I bite. Didn't check the job before giving a check and they left. TOILETS STILL VERY OBVIOUSLY DIRTY, FLOORS IN BATHROOM UNTOUCHED. BATH TUB UNTOUCHED. Food still underneath baby highchair and dust bunny's in plain site! NO RUGS WERE VACUUMED, NOT EVEN THE CRUMBS ON THE COUCH AFTER HAVING BEEN "STEAM CLEANED".

I could go on.......RIP OFF!!!!!

I called and complained before I watched baby cam, about the state of the bathrooms. Had a return call by the woman, Donna, who "cleaned". She called me a liar. Nice!

So basically I paid over $100 for an 8 x 8 rug to be cleaned which they advertise for 8.95 as that is the ONLY part of this job that was done properly and that was after him trying to scam me out of extra money to do it right!
