Lutchie A Behan GLADLY and WILLINGLY accepted deposits in her Bank Of America
Account from STRANGERS . If she was so innocent? why would she accept this money?
One known victim approached her at the time of the deposit in form of an email requesting her relationship with Mr. Erdman. She refused to answer the email. If Ms. Behan is a victim of Mr. Erdman then she should contact the local police department and report what he did to her as far as loosing money. In the meantime, she should post on this site exactly what their relationship was as well and how she was a victim. If she met Mr. Erdman on a dating singles site or had business dealings with him and was scammed from him she should have posted it on different public sites such as this to warn other potential victims but she did not. Keeping silent about thiefs only provides them with the ability to hurt others. She did nothing to warn other women or the genral public about him. NOTHING.
Also, Bank Of America Fraud Department has confirmed the account was in fact a valid on line account AND all deposits were indeed accepted. A red flag has been issued on her account for such future fradulent acitivities. The actions of her only indicates she was a willing participant in Mr. Erdman's scheme of actions. She should denounce him instead of other victims who were used to fund her account. I do not believe that several deposits to her account were never received. Bank of America has confirmed the money I deposited and have a receipt for the deposit was made. And accepted. AND NOT REFUSED.
One more thing...There are more than one Luz or Lutchie Behan's in California.
They may all or may not have Bank of America accounts. So, to accuse any of the victims of
defammation of character is simply inaccurate. It could be any one of the L Behan's in California. You, on the other hand, are simply assuming and accepting the role you
may or may not have played in the scam of Mr. Erdman's. You are accepting the
assumption it was indeed about you. This leads to the old saying you may not
be aware of "the guilty dog hollers first".
A police report has been filed against Luz A. Behan. A complaint has also been filed with Bank of America.

It is FACT that I deposited $500 cash directly into a California Bank of America account that belonged to a "Luz A. Behan" on January 5, 2011 - at the direction of Mr. Genrikh Erdman.

The fact that the owner of that account did not report some kind of "unusual activity" - and that she did not return my money to me - makes her an ACCOMPLICE - NOT A VICTIM.

Maybe at one time she was victimized by Mr. Erdman; that would not surprise me. He is a smooth operrator and could certainly mesmerize someone to start to work for him. It's called the Stockholm syndrome.

However, she certainly was complicit in defrauding me of $500 4 months ago. Threatening me with a lawsuit will only result in HER going to PRISON wnen the authorities all get together and put all the facts in order!

Even if she is suffering from the Stockholm syndrome, it is NOT a defense in court. Many people, including Patty Hearst, have suffered the from this and have still been imprisoned for their unlawful acts.

Truth hurts, sorry.

STOP THREATENING ME!
And stop threatening anyone and everyone else who you have defrauded, too.
I can only guess the account holder will throw her hands in the air and cry "I'm Innocent...again" I never received any money from anyone before I handed it over to
Genrikh Erdman.
