Oh my, my, my Genrikh. What righteous indignation. Accusing EVERYONE of not using their names.

OK. Here it is. YOU just now posted as the default button Anonymous. YOU did not reveal your name. You could be anyone. I strongly doubt you are Luz Behan, or even Lutchie Behan.

Genrikh, you are so transparent.

And, because you are Genrikh, you are trying to push the focus off yourself and your own wrongdoing, and put it back onto the victims.

You know exactly who I am.

My screen name here is the same one you have had many, many, many converstations with.

I am not anonymous. There is no reason to drag my name into the world's eye. If you were the real Lutchie/Luz, then all you have to do is contact the webmaster, and he will get us together. The webmaster also knows EXACTLY who I am and all my contact info. That is so when the criminal authorities decide to do something about your scams, then they know how to contact me, one of your REAL VICTIMS.
Just a few more thoughts regarding your original post here,Genrikh:

If "you" have zero recollection, then how can YOU remember reporting it?

Know this: the FBI is going to be watching this WhoScammedYou website for more information!

Also, there is no libel or defamation occurring here.

As someone else has said, there might be more than one Luz Behan or more than one Lutchie Behan in southern California. There doesn't even have to be identity theft for this to happen.

There are 17 people on FaceBook with my exact name, and my name is unusual!

Consider this: There are oodles of John Smith's in the world. If one of those John Smith's robbed you, it is perfectly legal and ethical when you tell someone that John Smith robbed you. And it is perfectly moral, legal and ethical to post the information on a website that John Smith robbed you.

A different John Smith cannot threaten you with a defamation lawsuit, and NO ATTORNEY would EVER tell another John Smith to threaten you with a lawsuit!!! That is just downright stupid.

And, for you to say to refer to your attorney, just tells the whole world that you are blowing smoke and have not spoken to your own attorney!

The only Luz Behan or Lutchie Behan to which we are referring, is the one who owns the Bank of America account to which money WAS deposited, at Mr. Erdman's instructions.

If you are not THAT Luz/Lutchie Behan, then just be silent - this does not involve you. The FBI can figure out who the correct scam accomplice is. If you don't own that account, you are fine.
And please, stop posting your thoughts as NEW SCAMS.

Post them only as comments
.
I suggest to everyone that all further comments be posted under the scam titled:

Famous public speaker scammed me, stealing several thousand dollars.

This is the only scam post about Genrikh Erdman that actually has any factual information on it. It makes sense for real people who are involved in any way to say their comments where there can be a flow of information among each other and to the FBI.

No one can comment without creating an account with WhoScammedYou. However, anyone can post a "new scam" that has already been written about.

Continuing to make comments as “new scam posts” is only an inappropriate way for you to try to stay anonymous.
