David Walton is a charming man who posts a good looking photo. He will soon tell you he loves you and write beautiful love letters and profess undying love. He claims to be a businessman who is currently working in Ghana on a major building project which will net him $5 million. And then a catastrophe occurs and he needs to borrow $6000. He even sent me a copy of his passport and his two home addresses. But by the age of 60 I should have known from the first not to trust this man. But when he called with his sad story I almost sent him some money. Thank God for this site. It saved a lot of money and heartbreak. Do not trust this man no matter what he tells you.

hi.... I was just sent a posting on a scammer in Ghana too.
Look out for the name of Michael Pitts. What a worthless POS.

OMG This sounds just like the man I met,I did send him money he even sent me a copy of his pass port,He said he was from my area but was stuck in the UK,That he was a civil engineer that he didn't pay his taxes since he worked for him self,he said his pass port was frozen that he need 8 thousand dollar I only sent 5 I fell this man,then at the end I told him I can not send him the money he said take from your 401k I gave him all my information now I got a death threat letter I just don't open anything he send
Margot, take it to the FBI. Michael Pitts posted a blackmail scam warning about ME on this site! I asked WSY to remove it but they won't. He last words to me were pretty bad but as long as I was able to get the word out on him? worth it. NEVER send money to anyone you do not know. They are the masters of accents, of lovely words, of anything. In the end? they are all scammers.
This is all very scarey. How can we trust any one we meet online? I have been communicating with a man named David Walton in Ghana. He seems very kind and considerate. Has he been stringing me along waiting for the right moment to make a sting? Does anyone else know about this man? He already has my phone number.
