WARNING! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

This is the absolute worst company and property I have ever dealt with in my life. The company and its employees (especially Mary) are full of crap! Lie, cheat and steal from their customers. This company is based out of Florida, doing business in california WITH NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE. It all started out with it taking over a week to get the locks fixed on the unit, when we were promised it would be done before we moved in. Barely working 15+ year old tv , that we were told on numerous occasions that it would be replace with a plasma,the hot water heater couldn't get one person thru a hot shower let alone any more than that,and i had to constantly have to start the hot water heater manually to get hot water for a few minutes at a time (the worst)! The neighbor is a crazy person that makes up lies constantly and complains and lies to the management company to mess with the vacation rentals and make you miserable, to other dog owners that live there that don't pick up their dog poop and blame the others that do, you have to share one washer and dryer with 8 different units,it is a pain to get the prepaid card refilled,other tenants let there dogs roam freely (including my girlfriend getting attacked on the property and getting severely hurt by the neighbors dog that wasn't on a leash!),the parking situation is a nightmare (we had to wake people up at midnight to move their cars because they parked in my assigned spot), it is extremely noisy from the traffic on pch, you have to share the same balcony with the crazy neighbor who sticks their head in your unit at anytime because she feels like it, other tenants complaining to you about these crazy neighbors etc.. JUST SIMPLY STAY AWAY! THE BEST ADVICE YOU CAN GET AFTER I'M STILL DEALING WITH THIS NIGHTMARE! OH AND TO GET YOUR CORRECT SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK GOOD LUCK! I UNFORTUNATELY STAYED HERE FOR A MONTH AND A HALF AT TOP DOLLAR!! Anytime i was told something would be taken care of, it either never happened or it happened after 1-2 weeks after i was promised it would happen, and i had to stay on top of them.. Just not worth the hassle .. It was unreal..

It is very easy for a disgruntled individual to engage in a modern day shake-down and defame a company. After seeing the laundry list of your complaints, let the facts be known. It was you who was on your hands and knees sending texts back and forth begging for an extension. How dare you say that the residence of Malibu are crazy people. They had sent numerous emails and phone calls threatening to call the authorities because of the wreaking stench of Marijuana that was constantly coming from the unit you were occupying. The use of controlled substances are not allowed in ANY of our units. Also, in response that Mary is a liar and full of crap?? Yes, you are right, now you know the real reason why your extension request was denied. Mary's intervention on your behalf was the only reason why you were not visited by the police and possibly arrested. Furthermore, HelloRelaxation does not sell property or gives out deeds to properties. So, why would they need a Real Estate License? Try going to your local hotel and ask them to present their Real Estate license and see what kind of response you get. The company has no control over other dogs belonging to the neighboring residents. Malibu has a very strict leash law and you have been the first and only renter to complain about such a situation. Based upon CA law, security deposits are to be returned within 21 days. You received yours in only 5. This is also documented.
