Anait Tagaryan

Anait Tagaryan rear ended my car. She seemed friendly enough and begged me not to report it to insurance. She offered me $20 to make it go away. I was slightly taken aback because I drive a pretty nice German car. We switched insurance information just in case. I had called insurance to report that I was rear ended but wasnt filing a claim against Anait Tagaryam; so they did not take a report, though a call recording should exist. She said this was her first accident (but her car was scuffed all around, on every corner with a missing gas cap). She said to e-mail her/call her with a quote on repair. I called her with the quote, her husband or brother, cursed at me to never call (first time calling) again cause I wont get a dollar from them or insurance. Now I am worried that I will be stuck paying for the damages myself, so I call both my insurance and her insurance and finally try to file a claim. Only to find out Ms Anait Tagaryan had told them I had backed into her. Why would I go in reverse on a main street with a pristine car when I own the title with a clean record and nothing to gain from hitting a shitty ass car with a merc?
