I have been on the other side of the GSXRParts.org scam... that of a paying customer. See my other post today, June 2 2011.

The company sells motorcycle frames and engines, but often don't deliver. When the customer complains, he makes excuses and employs a number of delaying tactics which include:

1. Talking about delays and shipment problems in their warehouse
2. promises a refund but it takes "3 to 5 business days to process."
3. explaining that they can't process your refund because their account is frozen

He encourages you to file a dispute with Paypal (or your credit card as the case may be). BUT... it's the "payment processor" that gets the complaint. That person gets left holding the bag and GSXR Parts still has the money. Slick.

I have a complaint registered via www.IC3.gov and am also pursuing a complaint through the Utah Attorney General's office, Consumer Fraud Division.
